This to be able to offer and distribute the highest quality produce, meeting today’s standards into the supermarkets and catering companies. There is added value for grower exporters and buyer–importers to have increased control throughout the entire supply chain. From farm to fork. And that’s where we can assist you.

Services

After harvest and shipping the produce arrives at our partners’ warehouses in Bleiswijk or ‘s-Gravenzande in the Netherlands. Here we are fully equipped to cater all your needs from quality controle, storing, packing and transporting to your distribution centres. At the packing facilities we are able to pack your produce in any kind of consumer packaging on the market. At the packing facility in Bleijswijk, we invested in a large, mostly automated, Top Seal line to add to our repertoire.

Cooperation

Vita Optima BV has been working with PPO Services AG since 2018. The good cooperation has led to going one step further, which is why a joint venture between PPO Services AG and Vita Optima bv was concluded in 2021. Vita Optima bv provides the supply chain services required for the import of sea containers as well as prepacking and repacking (including flow and top seal) and distribution from the Netherlands for various companies of the PPO Group like PPO Services AG, Georges Helfer SA and Mahela Europe AG as well as various other customers in NL and in Europe. This applies to conventional, organic, and fair-trade certified products. Vita Optima also supplies Northern European supermarket and food service customers with various fruit and vegetable programs.
